Hot water extraction, sometimes referred to as steam cleaning, is a process that involves injecting hot water and a special cleaning solution into the pile of the carpet in order to dislodge debris and extract dirt and stains through the use of powerful wet vacuums.
Encapsulation carpet cleaning is a low-moisture method that uses a special cleaner with polymers to bind and crystallize dirt and stains for easy vacuuming. It is part of a comprehensive carpet care plan that prevents re-soiling and extends the time between deep extraction cleaning.

The drying time of the carpet is dependent upon the humidity in the areas that has been cleaned. Another factor would be the outside temperature. With this in mind, it generally takes 4-8 hours for the carpet to dry. Fans, heat or ac could help accelerate the dry time.
It's recommended to have your carpets cleaned every 6 months. Getting a routine carpet cleaning not only helps remove soils, but also preserves the look and feel of the carpet for an extended period of time. In between cleanings you should vacuum as frequently as possible, this will help remove all the abrasive dust and dirt particles that help wear down the carpet fibers prematurely.
Unfortunately the removal of all stains can not be promised. Depending on what type of spot it is and factoring how long the spot has ben there, it could have permanently changed the color of the carpet or striped the color of the carpet
We offer two different methods of Carpet Cleaning. Hot Water Extraction(HWE) and Encapsulation Cleaning (VLM). With Hot Water Extraction being our primary cleaning method, Encapsulation Cleaning is just as effective.
Depending on the size of the areas that are getting cleaned and the soil level of the carpet, the entire process could take anywhere between 1-3 hours. (The process could take longer due to situations such as pet urine/odors and severity of the issue.)
We are happy to work with you to correct any situation that may arise. In some cases this can mean spot cleaning specific areas of concern or even completely re-cleaning the area in question. In the end, we’re not satisfied until you are.
As the finishing touch to your thoroughly cleaned carpet and/or upholstery, specially formulated protector can be professionally applied. These products help carpet and upholstery resist soiling from dry dirt, water- and oil-based spills by wrapping each fiber in a protective coating. This extra layer gives you more time to clean up spots and spills before they soak into the fibers, helping you keep your carpet and upholstery looking its best between professional cleanings. Plus, it makes vacuuming and cleaning up spots easier
